I. Information We Collect

In order to provide you with comprehensive functional services, we will collect the following information:

1）Device information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, device configuration, network device hardware address MAC). For information collected from your various devices, we may contact them to provide you with consistent services across these devices.

2）Log information. When you use our products and/or services, our servers will automatically record some information (such as your use of our products and/or services, IP address, crash logs).

When you use our location-enabled products and or services, we collect and process information about your physical location when you turn on the location of your device and use our location-based related services so that you do not need to manually enter your own geographic coordinates to access the services. We use a variety of technologies for location, including IP addresses, GPS, and other sensors that can provide relevant information (for example, they may provide us with information about nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points, and base stations). You can stop the collection of your geolocation information by turning off location. Still, you may not be able to access the relevant services or features or achieve the intended results of the appropriate services.

4）Device status information (such as device sensor data, device application installation list).

II. Information You Provide voluntarily

Information collected through account registration. When you register a VMOS product account, we will collect your email, username, and password. This information is collected to help you complete the VMOS product account registration and protect your account security. If you refuse to provide this information, you will not be able to register an account and use the APP normally. The above data information you provide will be anonymized. At the same time, we will also encrypt the information to ensure its security. When you share information or receive shared information during use, we will read the password or link content in the clipboard to achieve information content redirection and sharing.

III. Information Security

WWe focus on the information security very seriously and have established a Specialized team responsible for developing and applying various security technologies and procedures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, please understand that in the Internet industry, due to technical limitations and rapid development as well as various malicious attack methods that may exist, even if we do our best to strengthen security measures, it is impossible to ensure that information is 100% secure at all times. Please understand that the system and communication network you use when using our products and/or services may encounter security problems due to factors beyond our control.

IV. Description of APP Access Permissions :

1. Floating window permission; used for VMOS to run in a floating window. You can disable this permission, which will not affect the normal operation of VMOS, but you may not be able to obtain relevant services or functions;

2. Location information; used for other applications installed by you in the VMOS system to call for location. You can disable this permission, which will not affect the normal operation of VMOS, but you may not be able to obtain relevant services or functions;

3. Camera permission; used for other applications installed by you in the VMOS system to take pictures. You can disable this permission, which will not affect the normal operation of VMOS, but you may not be able to obtain relevant services or functions;

4. Microphone permission; used for other applications installed by you in the VMOS system to send voice or record sound. You can disable this permission, which will not affect the normal operation of VMOS, but you may not be able to obtain relevant services or functions;

5. Storage capacity; In order for you to import real machine applications into the virtual machine for use, you can disable this permission without affecting the normal operation of VMOS, but you may not be able to access related services or functions.

Use of our Products and/or Services by Minors

We take the protection of information belonging to minors very seriously. If you are under the age of 18, we would recommend that you ask your guardian to carefully read this privacy policy and obtain your guardian's consent before using our products and/or services or providing information to us.

Revision of the Privacy Policy
